Always make sure you have adequate equipment to tackle icy conditions such as ice axe and #crampons. Make sure your map and compass work is on point, and you have sufficient survival equipment and spare clothing should the worse happen.

If you love the outdoors and are even remotely interested in learning survival skills that will never leave you, I highly recommend taking this course. The instructors are very knowledgeable and experienced and really make the whole experience a fun one.
